If you’d like to return your item, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund on pieces sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note, this excludes non-returnable items such as earrings or personalised pieces. For more information, see Returns.

Every piece we put out is built on responsibility, not as a trend, but as a baseline. Our core range is forged from 100% recycled 925 sterling silver, cutting down impact without cutting corners on quality. Because looking good shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense.
For the few pieces that aren't made in-house, we only work with suppliers approved by the Responsible Jewellery Council. No shortcuts. No grey areas.
Our supply chain is fully traceable, every step accounted for, every material vetted. No conflict minerals. No hidden stories.

Here at Plated Chaos we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives when you expect it to and in the condition it leaves us.
As a small business, we take great care in preparing and sending your orders. To protect both our customers and our business, we use fully tracked delivery services that provide delivery confirmation and photographic evidence where available.
Please be aware that, in line with standard courier practices, if delivery to the specified address is not possible, the courier may deliver your parcel to a neighbour or to a safe location at their discretion. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer responsible for the item. Any issues arising after delivery, such as theft, loss or misplacement, must be addressed directly with the courier service and/or your local authorities.

For addresses in Northern Island there is a flat delivery charge of £4.99
Where available our prefered courier choice will always be Royal Mail, subject to availablity in your area - this may vary to either Evri or Yodel. Full tracking will always be updated on your order for ease of personal tracking.
