As a small business, we take great care in preparing and sending your orders. To protect both our customers and our business, we use fully tracked delivery services that provide delivery confirmation and photographic evidence where available.
Please be aware that, in line with standard courier practices, if delivery to the specified address is not possible, the courier may deliver your parcel to a neighbour or to a safe location at their discretion. Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, we are no longer responsible for the item. Any issues arising after delivery, such as theft, loss or misplacement, must be addressed directly with the courier service and/or your local authorities.

OUR STANDARD DELIVERY:
Standard delivery is £3.95 or FREE on orders over £40 to any mainland UK address (excluding addresses in the Channel Islands)
For addresses in Northern Island there is a flat delivery charge of £4.99
Where available our prefered courier choice will always be Royal Mail, subject to availablity in your area - this may vary to either Evri or Yodel. Full tracking will always be updated on your order for ease of personal tracking.
